At Find Your Haven, we want you to be fully satisfied with your athletic gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unused sports gear in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure your return is eligible for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
